there was a time that I thought Jennifer Nicole Lee was an amazing woman and would have probably claimed as a hero for most women.
Today, after recieving her 50th e-mail newsletter trying to get me to buy something from her so I can look as great as she does, I have a new opionion of her.
Not every woman in this world is a gold digging, rich, stay at home mom who can afford a personal trainer, life coach, or a nanny to take care of your kids while you go and work out all day long.
“Real Moms” work full time, run their kids to all of THEIR activities and have NO time for themselves. (or very little)
I personally am so sick of Jennifer Nicole Lee claiming that she is a Real Mom and is your fitness buddy.
I am over weight. I have been fighting this weight for a long time. As I get older, it gets harder to lose. All my diet tricks from the past are just that….in the past. I would love to have someone who has been there and done that to help me battle this weight. I would love to look like Jennifer Nicole Lee.
But you can’t get any fitness or diet advice from her unless you pay $1000 to talk to her for an hour so she can tell you how wonderfull she looks.
I guess some people in this world, rich self absorbed people like Jennifer, who are willing to pay her anything it takes in the hope they will look like her.
I personally would be overjoyed to help anyone in there weight loss if I had lost the weight that she has. To know how I feel right now and how hard it is to balance family and your kids and talke care of yourself. And if I found a way to combat that……I would want to really help other moms like me. Not for thousands of dollars or to have my body plastered all over magazines. But because I know how bad it hurts to look in the mirror and see someone who you didn’t used to see.
I have NO respect for Jennifer Nicole Lee.
I personally think she is a fake and a money hungry self absorbed person who doesn’t deserve to get a dime from overweigh “real moms”
She has NO IDEA what any “Real Mom” go through.

Hmmm… where do I start? Well let me say first off, I agree with some of what you are saying about JNL (Jennifer Nicole Lee) and on the other hand it just sounds like you are “whining” about your situation and hating on her because of what she has accomplished.
I am a fairly new mommie with 11 month old twins (boy and girl). I have followed JNL since I saw her on Oprah and was fascinated by how she transformed her body. I did some research on her and other fitness moms through other websites (fitness4moms.com, bodybuilding.com, buffmother.com, etc.) to see how in the heck anyone could look like that after having children? I too thought it would be too far fetched to have a rock hard body, but I now believe that with a lot of hard work and determination, anything is possible. I have chatted with several women in our same situation and they are the “real” moms your say JNL isn’t. So I believe they got their bodies by truly working hard and being consistent with their nutrition and workouts. They also manage to juggle their family life with their own- no help needed, might I add. No nannies, no trainers, no nutritionists. They decided on a goal and just did it!
I agree- I too did go to JNL’s site and was very disappointed to see that she was asking folks to shell out $1000 because I for one cannot afford it. I figured she was down for helping the “financially challenged” people too and she just might do so, but I haven’t found out about her doing so yet. Also, she has become a very “sought-after” fitness guru now and is an entrepreneur. Just like any businessman/woman … they are finding a way to use their talents and/or skills to market themselves and make money. They are creating a self-made business and you can’t really hate on her for that because you would love to make millions and help people at the same time too. I know I would. I would like to find something I had a passion for that I was really good at and have people pay me a lot of money for my expertise. If people are willing to pay $1000 in hopes of having a body JUST like hers … I must say bluntly- they are stupid and are already setting themselves up for disappointment. That is not realistic. What may work for her isn’t something that may not work for you and results always vary. Your body will take on a shape that is unique to you and your genetics. You’ll never look exactly like her so get that out of your head now.
I also know from experience it is hard because I’m starting my journey without any help (well except for my husband who is supporting my goals and watches the babies when I work out at the gym). I don’t work full-time, so I take advantage of that by making time to workout every chance I get whether I use workout tapes at home, use my babies for weights when weight-training (got that tip from JNL) or go to the gym late at night or early in the morning. It’s hard- no lie. But I know if I don’t stick with it I won’t get the results I want. Period. I’m also following a “clean eating diet” which is the most important place to start if you want to begin to get in shape. 80% of how we look is based on our diets. All you have to do is workout at least 3 -5 days a week for 30 minutes and you’ll be amazed at how you’ll start to look! Also, women need to weight train … don’t focus on cardio so much. I’ve been athletic all my life and took my body for granted during that time. I thought I would look that way forever. For the first time in my life, after I got married, I knew what it felt like to be damn near OBESE, having low self esteem, feeling ugly and self conscious, etc. I lost the weight by exercising hard and eating healthier and after losing most of the weight, I found out I was preggers with twins. I maintained a healthy weight gain throughout my pregnancy (a total of 35 lbs) and after my twins were born I actually weighed less than my pre-pregnancy weight. I breastfed, so that may have helped a lot too. I still continue to exercise when I can and workout when I can. Anything is better than NOTHING. Now my goal is to look cut and as lean as possible so I can compete in a figure competition next year. I never thought I could do it because I thought I would have to submit to being a frumpy, bumpy mom. I see that doesn’t have to be the case because of women like JNL. She is a huge inspiration despite how you may feel about her success.
So I’d suggest you stop whining about your situation and hating on JNL because she can care less about what you think … she’s got her fabulous body and is using it as a means to help others and make money. And don’t judge her based on what you don’t know about her family life … she is a “real mom”- she has two kids, right? Who are you to say she isn’t? You don’t know exactly what her routine may entail. Of course she may need nannies now because she is an ENTREPRENEUR and may travel a lot … she may need the help for time to time. Either way she is obviously doing something you aren’t willing to do and that’s why you are whining about being overweight. That’s why a lot of us whine because we don’t want to point the finger at ourselves first. It’s easier to dump on those you wish you could be like… it makes you feel good at first (like eating a bunch of junk food), but after a while it gets old and you realize you really don’t like who you are in the end.
Do what she did, get up off your ass and do something about it! That’s what I had to tell myself. Maybe you can help others in a different way then she is. Be an inspiration to other women … be better than JNL. Provide your services for FREE to women (betcha that won’t last long). JNL probably did that at first but realized, hey! I need to make a living too! You’d probably change your mind about charging people too once you realize how valuable your time is. If she feels she’s worth $1000 for an hour of her time … good for her! Especially if people are willing to pay!? Sounds like good business to me! She knows what she is worth and more of us should demand the same for ourselves. It’s okay to help people, but your time is valuable too.
Just something to think about.

My name is Rita, and I owe Jennifer my life. I entered into coaching and consulted with her through “clubjn.com” and now have lost over 57 pounds. I thank Jennifer for all her friendship, insight and desire to help other women like me improve their lives. I was lonely, overweight, sad, depressed with no energy. My husband didnt know who I was anymore, and my kids missed their real mommy…Not anymore ever since I have been working with JNL. I made a small investment with Jennifers services, and now I could never place a monetary value on what she helped me to achieve in my life. I am so grateful for this website so I can now share my story with all other fans of Jennifer. I owe my marriage, the happiness of my kids and improving my own relationship with myself all to JNL and her tools and techniques to help me out in my lowest points in life. Now I head a huge company, have the body of my wildest dreams, my hubby is crazy about me and my kids are so in love with their mommy-ME! All thanks to Miss Lee! thanks so much JNL and keep helping us women because we need you!

JENNIFER NICOLE LEE is a dream come true to all of us women who are the real deal! I know her personally, and she is the hardest kindest most passionate women that I know. She loves her kids and husband like no other woman and treats her employees of JNL, Inc like royalty. She is the ultimate modern day women that all of us need to “take a page out of her book” to learn something from. Her victorious story helps all of us to really understand to never cry victum, but work hard to overcome all and any obstacles. She is the sweetest mom woman and entrepraneur that I have ever met personally. She works 16 hours days and never complains and is always grateful. I urge all of us to be more like her and stop crying and complaining all the time. JNL for President…

This is from a male perspective. I purchased for my wife a 16 week program with JNL, and the results have been so wonderful for my wife. I am so proud of her, and Jennifer unlocked her true potential in my wife who is so gorgeoues and fit now. thanks Jennifer for helping out my entire family, it was so worth the $2,000. JNL’s story is one that all women and moms can identify and relate to. She overcame great odds in proving that you can be your best and hottest even after giving birth, and becoming a mom. I live vicariously through her success, which in turn allowed me to experience the same results as she did, I love my new slim frame of 112 pounds and a size 2, and the best is yet to come. I am waiting for her new book which will be out in 2008, I hear. I just bought Crack the Code at jnlbook.com and it is so worth it.

Jennifer Nicole Lee is the sweetest realest mom and woman that I know. She volunteers at my church with the kids in the toddler program and loves kids to much. She always sings in the choir and is always doing something positive. She is a powerhouse to all moms proving that its all possible and there is never a time to cry or complain. I remember one time she came to church after training hard twice that day as she was competing at Miss Bikini Universe, and she still looked so happy to be there helping out for free even though she had no carbs in her. I will never forget that day.
Her kids and husband are the luckiest people to have her in their lives…

Jennifer Nicole Lee’s Fabulously Fit Moms exercise dvd’s got my wife back in action. My wife Hillary bought them at Target and she hasnt stopped being Miss Positivity now, It seems like JNL saved me thousands of dollars and hours in therapy with my wife, all with a small $15 investment with the dvd’s. My wifes sour personality of always overeating and complaining went straight out the window after she popped in that fabulously fit moms dvd. I even got the fitness bug and lost 7 pounds.
Thanks Jennifer
Keep it up and we are rooting for you.

Jennifer Nicole Lee blows Rachel Ray out the window! I am so sick of Rachel Ray, Ellen Degeneres, Oprah, and also Bob Greene. THEY DONT HAVE KIDS AND ARENT MOMS! I am a proud mom of 3 and I am sick of looking up to these lesbians and fat loud italian women, or men who only have dogs. Thank GOD for JNL and her real life womanhood and momhood!
SHE IS A REAL MOMPRENEUR WHO IS JUGGLING IT ALL!!!
go JNL and rock on! Get those lesbians and those gay guys off TV and show them who really cooks that bacon up in that pan…

Wow…I read the pros and cons of JNL. She no doubt inspires woman especially mothers to be their best…really. If you focus on her wealth prior to her success, you’ll understand how she was able to get the advice, coaching and training..I understand most women (families) don’t have that type of money. Furthermore, they most certainly won’t have the monies to get nose jobs and implants and any other cosmetic surgery to improve their looks. However, JNL is simply trying to get as much $$ as she can charge…if someone is willing to pay, then certainly someone is going to sell at that price. She recognized that people are willing to pay instead of doing their own research via the internet. The knowledge is out there if you spend the time to research it! Most people are too lazy to research and then want it for free. She’s got a life and she should charge something but not get ridiculous if she’s REALLY TRYING TO HELP ALL WOMEN.
For those that don’t have the monies, research..research…there are so many sites..bodybuilding.com for one and so so many more that you can really get the answers IF YOU JUST TRY AND GIVE YOURSELF THE CHANCE. Yes, maybe if your weight is too high the skin will not tone up as well but that’s why most women have to get implants because their breasts become like pancakes. You need money for this and obviously JNL had it already. Yes, don’t be discouraged…be happy with you because there truly isn’t anything PERFECT OUT THERE. I have seen JNL in person and think she’s really pretty but she’s real…she has cellulite and her tummy isn’t as tight when she’s not competing…it’s that temporary diet but bloating sets in after that. Remember, she won a modeling contract at age 13 so she ALREADY had the good looks then. Magazines of all females are tremendously airbrushed and their skin looks flawless…take the time to check these folks out in person and you’ll see what I mean.
For all those that had the money to pay for her services, rock on because no one should work for free especially if you’re not willing to do your own research. Also, if you go see a therapist for your own marital issues, it’s gonna cost you $175/hr. or more. Therefore, after you do the math, your investment might have been worth it! You and ONLY you can make that judgement call. I believe in focusing on the GOOD that a person provides to humankind. When greed sets in…trust me, the money goes out a different way.

MORE POWER TO JNL! She has over come great odds to be where she is now in her life. Born to a poor mother of 4 kids, and her dad left them when she was young, raised practically at the level of poverty, she has made a positive name for herself. She charges her consulting fees because whereever she goes she is stopped and asked for her expert advice. She has 2 small boys, and a husband, and if she didnt charge for her wisdom, expertise, and know how, she would be a fool. She is someone that we all should look up to and learn from. There are so many powerful men out there, and now comes this powerful women. I commend her and have benefitted from all of her products and merchandise and help.

Hello fellow JNL fans. I am proud to be among the millions of women who look up to the ultimate woman and mom of our day. Jennifer Nicole Lee is like a jet airplane taking off at the speed of light, as we all just wish we could catch up and ride off of her tail winds. To all your hard work, devotion, and businessmanship in a world of men, thank you Jennifer for paving the way for us to follow. By the way, has anyone seen her The Big Idea appearance with Donny Duetsch??? He was totally in love with her, he could not even concentrate….

Jennifer Nicole Lee’s exercise DVD’s are great! They are called Fabulously Fit Moms, and won an award already. As a die hard JNL fan, I am proud to know that her first ever DVD’s won the “Best How To” DVD in the International Kids First DVD Film Festival. Way to go, Jennifer.
And you can get them at koch.com, or at Target, Walmart, and also Barnes and Nobles.
Check them out, and I suggest you buy them. The Total Body workout is worth the $16!

Its interesting to see the folks going back and forth over the “realness” of JNL. After meeting her at events and talking to her many times, I can agree with those that belive she is an opportunist. She came to Miami without having much and after losing the weight was able to catapult back into the model lifestyle she knew before. She always had the model looks, but not the rich husband. Now with the rich husband, she can afford to hire a nanny, get implants, get liposuction, and hire experts to supplement her hard work of training and eating properly. Yes she does a lot with her children, but having a maid and a nanny certainly makes it easier when you need to get in those twice daily workouts preparing for a competition.
As far as being an expert, she did not pursue her “certifications” until after she got involved in competing. Of course you can not offer your “expert” opinion if you cannot produce credentials. A few hundred dollars, a weekend course, and an exam later…I too would be an “expert”.
Not hating on JNL at all, because she is smart. People out there are always looking for a savior and some type of inspiration when it comes to getting in shape. Some are smart enough to do a little research and not pay over $1000 to a self proclaimed expert. Others are very motivated when they hear her story so they don’t mind paying. To each his own…and she has certainly capitalized on it. As someone mentioned earlier, plenty of us would do the same as she did if given the opportunity.

Patriica, you sound like a fake yourself, and like a hater. You need to mind your own darn business because your life must not be much of one to be hating in someone you just met once. I have been in the entertainment industry for many years as a talent scout, and the real reason why JNL stands out as a winner and champion is because she obviously not bothered by the numerous attempts to knock her down by small people such as yourself. I mean. look at Tosca Reno-she is abougt 60, and her husband has paid for all of her success. Point all the fingers that you want. Peopls are succussful for a reason. they dont listen to bitter persons such as yourself.
You fall into the big gap of women who are haters and who dont have a life, so join the club and pick someone else to hate on, because I can see she is a very hard working woman, who doesnt just take things for granted.

I am so excited! My sister just won a free trip to go and visit Jennifer down in Miami, for a fitness weekend! how humbled we are that she is actually flying down my sister who suffers from epilepsy to work with her and help her to lose the weight she has always struggled with because of her medication.
thank God for Jennifer Nicole.
I will keep all of you posted…

I heard that Jennifer gave away thousands of dollars worth of her modeling wardrobe at her Bikini Boot Camp. She is a role model for all of us to look up to. She is real. I heard also she was raised on food stamps and has a Law Degree. She must be a hard worker. I commend any women who knows how to savor every minute of her life and then also give to those who are in need.

I cleaned and whittened JNL’s teeth. she has to have been the nicest most pleasant woman ever. I didnt even know who she was, until she paid and left the dentists office. Her sons came too, and they sat there like little princes. In all my years of seeing moms with kids, they were the most well behaved. They were like royalty. Time stopped when they all walked in, and then everyone noticed how important yet normal they were. She was so respectful to everyone too. I knew she was into fitness because her body was out of hand. She told me to go on glucosomen chondroitin because of my bad joints. I am feeling better because of her great advice.
Thanks JNL if you are reading this.
November 12th, 2007 at 3:52 am
I can relate to JNL! She is young, hip, a mom, and not too damn muscular like Tosca Reno! I am afraid to “eat clean” because I might look like Tosca! LOL!
I have followed and fell in love with all of JNL’s products and services. She is a name you can trust. I had a CLUB JNL Consult and she helped me lose over 27 pounds. I got leaner, and now have my muscle burning fat, and I can keep up with my kids
Thanks Jennifer

I am a new jnl fan thanks to jnl performing at LIVE cooking demonstration that was more like a lecture in food and eating and exercising at Whole Foods.
She was cooking all of her fav low cal recipes and her boys were there too. It was so cool to see her cooking all these super tasty and easy to prepare low cal meals.
She was hands on, care free, and really into it. I was just passing by the shop and saw her cooking and stopped in, and she was brilliant. So warm and nice. She gave everyone a free copy of her e-book which is super smart and brilliant. The recipes are very easy to prepare and really succulent.
Jennifer reminds me a little of Sophie Loren, Jane Fonda, and also a touch of Kathy Ireland.
There is no one like her. She is more beautiful in person than in photos.
I hope that all of you get to meet her like I did. She was so professional, yet personable, that she reminded me of royalty, yet someone who you could relate too.
I like her new Get Fit program too…
Super helpful

I just got JNL’s new exercise DVD’s from Target, they are really challenging. I highly recommend them. Its an easy way to get in a great workout when you dont want to go to the gym. Plus, Jennifer has great cueing on the routines, so she lets you know what move is next. Very easy to follow and the music is great.

Does anyone know how really old jenn is? She says she is 32, but I think she isnt even 30 yet. She looks too young. I think her publicist forces her to say that she is older so she can get the older women to not feel so intimidated by her.
I say she is 27 tops.
November 16th, 2007 at 9:11 pm
Hey, there’s no haters in here. People are saying what they feel whether it’s negative or positive…to each his own. A fitness guru isn’t someone that loses weights with the help of others and surgery along with on-line certifications. Of course, she is a guru to those lazy folks out there that don’t even know where to begin their exercise program…of course, you’d think she’s God…Please, stop sounding so pathetic and get a grip on reality..A lawyer…she doesn’t have her degree in it?! Hard worker with nannies and a housekeeper…Please again…She’s a dream come true to the fat asses sitting on the couch shoving donuts down their behinds and praising anything that looks good whether it’s plastic or not. Tosca is in her late 40s not 60…I say Patricia K…you said it all no need in repeating it. May JNL be in peace and make her millions with all the dummies that can’t figure it out.

I just saw Jennifer at an event and she was so cordial and polite to everyone. Not the Diva that some fitness folk are. I was really humbled by her sweetnes and saw how she handled herself. She was there with her loving husband and 2 boys. They all looked so happy. She gave a seminar on healthy eating and how to exercise for the most impact.
I enjoyed it. I learned a lot. I woudl see her again give a speech. She is so charismatic in person.

I hired JNL privately to help me with my confidence level, my sales pitches, and overall performance level. After working with her on on one, my life increased in quality and in productivity. I saw my sales increase and also my energy.
If anyone is also interested in these benefits, you can go to clubjnl.com
I now consult with her weekly by phone. Its the best thing that I have ever signed up for.
She holds me accountable, makes me take action to change and improve my life and its not some diet thing. Much more intense than calorie in and calorie out.

Sunday the 18th
Jennifer Nicole Lee is the God Mother of my new born baby girl. We baptized her this morning. I am so blessed to have Jennifer in my life and in my family’s life. Jennifer and I met about 6 years ago when she was working in the Sunday school and preschool program at our church. She was always been happy go lucky and always so positive. My wish to become a mom was shattered when I found out that I could not conceive. But Jennifer was there for me, helped me to believe that I would one day get pregnant, and through the power of thought, yes thoughts become things.
Jen taught me to not listen to those who would shatter my dreams, but to rather focus my attention things that I could control.
So 5 years later after believing, praying, and trying, I became pregnant!
I want to shout out to everyone how wonderful and what a role model Jennifer is! She is true, sweet, honest, and the best friend I could ever have because she taught me the power of believing! And my baby daughter is so lucky to have her as a God mother.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful story

I think I can trump you all. This chick has been heavy her whole life practically. I need to address the modeling issue. Anyone can get a ‘modeling contract’, go to your next barbizon ect at the local convention center & they offer you one for a fee. Also if someone is offered a contract, WHY didn’t she take it? WHy return to hendersonville tn or knoxville tn to go to school. If she had a law degree, why would she sell herself half naked to any magazine who will accept. This chick has been a climber since she hit knoxville. She dated up and up and up until she found someone who could finance her properly. I worked all through high school and college. When I became sucessfull, I wanted to know it was b/c of what was in my heart & mind, not if I could get the biggest implants or worry about which stripper heels to wear. IF she is SO SMART, use it for the good of all the young ladies, mothers coming behind you. Not everyone has the good common sense to look like the life, not live it. I admire her drive, ambition. But when you expose yourself, you can have people call into question your motives.

Hello JNL Fans! I had the pleasure of meeting JNL in the Bahamas this past weekend at the Atlantis resort. She is just as more charismatic and admirable in person than she is in her photos. I recognized her and went right up to her. She was so pleasant, nice, and cordial, and even took a photo with me.
I never saw someone interact with her family like she did. She was with her husband and 2 small kids. I for now know that she is just as sweet and nice and real in person as she is in all of her magazine spreads and interviews.
I just saw that she was 2 more releases with her exercise dvd’s, she is both hard working and a deadicated mom and wife.
Kudos to you Jennifer

I recently reconnected with Jennifer about a month ago. I remember her growing up as an outcast living on the poverty level in a small hick town where she never belonged nor was popular. I remember her getting teased, and I am so proud of how she turned it all around.
I know that its the law of Karma. She took it all so hard for so long, and now she is successful, so congrats to her! I am proud to be a fan of hers!

Hello everyone.
I am a professional in the medical field, and have only great things to say about JNL. I work with women everyday who are battling self esteem issues, health ordeals, and also whose life’s are in shambles because they have not mustard up the inner strength as Jennifer has. I urge all of my female client base in my practice to study her, see how she continually succeeds and revamps her health message. I have been a Dr. for over 43 years, and never in my time have I seen someone so powerful and so motivating. I even have learned from Jennifer to take things one day at a time, and to believe.
I urge all of you to believe in yourselfs, and to really start seeing the miracles happen in your life
Connie
PS. Her program is highly recommended-and this even comes from a Dr.

Hello JNL Fans,
I am honored to share with you the bond that connects us all: the sheer joy that Jennifer has brought to all of our lives. By visiting her website I get inspiration and motivation when the days sometimes get hard.
By the way, her exercise dvd’s are great. My legs felt like spaghetti afterwards! Very challenging.
Target has them, and also amazon, and I recently saw them at Toys r Us.
I highly suggest you invest in them.

Jennifer is a living legend. Her energy is contagious. I just saw her at a seminar where she moved the entire audience. She is for sure making her well deserved mark in history. I even applied to be a part of her team. I want to coach under her and spread the positive word. Her new website will be launching Jan 1 2008. Cant wait to see all the new additions. to it I heard that she will be selling autographed 8 x 10’s to keep us all motivated. I am going to keep her photo in the kitchen to keep me on track.

Hello lovely ladies who love JNL! I am speaking from the other side. My wife is a true JNL fan and I could not be more happier. Ever since my wife started consulting with Jen, recieving her emails, and especially after her Fitness Evolution program, my wife is a new better and improved woman over all. Before my wife struggled with her post baby weight, and was always depressed. Now she is happier, healthier, deals with her day so much better, has more control in her life, and doesnt let the small things bother her. I urge all husbands out there to expose their struggling wives to the JNL principles, and especially get them on the getfitwithjnl.com program.
Its so worth it!
Your marriage will benefit significantly,
David

charity work…This is something that JNL rarely speaks about or flaunts, but I know for a fact that she donates most of her earnings to charity. She does more charity work than I think any of you know. Her upbringing was very modest, and she must remember whats it is like to grow up in need. She visits many poor areas in the caribean and donates food, money, and essentials to those in need. I know because I run an orphanage in Jamaica where she comes often.
God bless her soul.
She does what Angelina Jolie does, but without all the photos or speaking about it. She has “adopted” many little ones here in Jamaica, but does boast about it. She basically supports them
Just FYI.

Her dvd’s Total Body workout and Super Energized rock. They both kicked my butt.
She has 6 dvd’s released in under one year. I believe this is a record.

I just went to collagevideo.com and ordered her Total body workout. It left my legs felling like jello! its perfect for me because I have 3 little ones (all under the age of 5) and when I have a free 30 minutes, I am able to hit all body parts in half an hour. I recommend this workout to anyone, and its not only for moms. I sisters daughter loves to do it too.
This is the first time that I found out that JNL is a certified ACE fitness instructer. She has timely cuing, is friendly on the workout video and gets you up and off the couch.
Thanks Jennifer

JNL’s cooking presentation tonight was incredible. She cooked recipes that included her “super food” ingredients. She was straight forward, highly likable, and even gave us great insight on how to cook with flavor, and taking all the fat out.
She was warm and friendly, and I could relate to her.
I just bought her Super Energized workout too, and it is one of the best workouts I have ever done.

JNL FOR PRESIDENT!! We would all be healthier and happier if she was in office…

What can I say, these are some of the saddest individuals who worship someone. How can an individual of 32 years with less than 10 years of fitness experience be a GURU or WISDOM. Confucius was a guru, einstein had wisdom, is she now these categories b/c she paid & printed her certification online? Since when is common sense so handsomely rewarded? This is the dumbing of america at it’s best. All you stupid fools! Don’t you know she is spouting the same rhetoric you could turn of an cable/satellite photo and see for free? Are you all that idiotic? It’s sheer laziness and see is laughing all the way to the bank. Just remember JNL, you are taking advantage of people who don’t have it like you. Karma? No dear, its greed. A greedy, poor TN chick who couldn’t make it
so had to keep selling herself up (Slavery, no?) until she got the right fool to marry her. Then, it’s obvious all she did was sit around and get fat. I’m sure part of that turining point was her husband sleeping around or a least LOOKING hard. That would get a poor lazy chick b/c another could step at anytime. That’s the real deal. So get over yourselves. If you can turn on your computer and suck her d***, you can read and find the answers yourselves. It’s all in you already. Just do it. Quit BSing and quit listening to this self proclaimed guru. Also, I believe half of these comments are her staff and flunkies trying to make her look like a saint. Sorry, posing like a whore on any website that will bite doesn’t make you a saint, it makes you the same sad, poor, trashy, fat and ugly person you have always been. Enjoy the sucess. Also, try not to get a chemical peel prior to a fashion show, you look like a joke next to beautiful Kim Kardasian. Did she make you feel low class? That’s how it looked to me!

she has some kind of power that his unheard of, or that does not exist. she could probubly power chicago, nyc, and la with all of her energy.
she is going to make this world a much better place…

Thanks Jennifer Nicole Lee for all the charity items that your team left at our homeless shelter. The moms especially appreciated your old clothing, baby items, strollers, and diaper bags. We all got a big laugh and smile from your impromptu speach that you gave about never giving up. the homeless women here many of them left marriages that were abusive killing their spirits. therefore thank you for giving energy back to believing in thembselves. as director here at our homeless shelter, I can tell you that these woman are now empowered and feel better than ever. you were better than Santa Clause.
Thanks Jenny

Hello Jennifer Nicole Lee fans. I am proud to be known as a JNL fan and to have someone like her to look up to. Jennifer has inspired me on all of my consulting and she has shown me my own way. I have learned that I had to pay high dollars to those who claim could help me, I wasted my time and money on those professionals, who just forgot along the way what is was to be human. this is why I love Jennifer. She understands me, is non-jusgemental, understanding, and has been there. I know that she comes from a place of understanding and also has been there so many times for others. She is someone who will leave a legacy here in this world. I cant wait for her book to come out and to finally show the way for all of us who are ready willing and able to be our best. I applaude all of us who know we can do it! and now we have someone on our side to help us along the way. She is a perfectionist, yet she says its not about being perfect, but being persistant. My whole life has improved since workign with this amazing woman.
God bless your soul JNL.

As my wife hit an all time low after our fourth boy came, Jennifer was there for her. She got my wife back up and off the coach with her telephone calls. Now we are healthier and happier than ever.
One thing I will never forget that Jen told my wife Cher is that to believe in herself. And funny enough as a guy in this thing, I believe more in my wife’s own abilities as well.

Back in action due to Jennifer. I loved her Oprah Clip. She is unbelievable. Thanks Jennifer for being you! We all love you.
December 9th, 2007 at 5:55 pm
Your appearance at our Charity benefit was really appreciated. Most women who come and speak, usually request some kind of reinbursement, but due to your generousity, and your humbleness, we thank you for coming out on your time and expecting nothing. You motivated all of us to be our best, and even the volunteers were crying after your speach. thanks for volunteering your time and energy to make this event an annual success.
Please come next year, if you can. We will never forget you and are so thankful.
I am glad that your fans made this community for you to enjoy sharing positive notes with.

Hi JNL Fans! We all have one thing in common! We all love that strand in JNL’s DNA that makes her positive, lovable, memorable, and such a wonderful coach that we all need and deserve! I am asking all of you to blog a motivational quote that will help us all along our way in this life.
Here is mine: I hope it helps you to be your best and bring out the love in your heart:
“A non-doer is very often a critic-that is, someone who sits back and watches doers, and then waxes philosophically about how the doers are doing. It’s easy to be a critic, but being a doer requires effort, risk, and change.” Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

Here is one. great idea
Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “press on” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”John Calvin Coolidge

Here is my quote for sharing with my jnl fans
I’ts not what happens to you that determines how far you will go in life ;it is how you handle what happens to you.
Go for it JNL!
December 9th, 2007 at 10:20 pm
this motivational quote embodies JNL’s spirit which no one will ever be able to touch:
Learn how to be happy with what you have while you pursue all that you want.
December 9th, 2007 at 10:26 pm
Thank you jennifer for being a sister to all us moms just trying to make a better world for our kids and loved ones. we all love how you bring us closer. with your honesty and love, the weeds weed themselves out left to be miserable by themselves. thanks for being such a sis to us all and keeping us motivated to enjoy life and make every day a celebration.
my son just turned 2 and he is such a joy. thanks for listening and letting me share.
I didnt have a mom figure to look up to since my mom was an alcoholic and was selfish. so thanks JNL showing me the way to love myself and be my sons best mom.
December 9th, 2007 at 10:29 pm
empowered is the way i feel after hearing jnl’s speech at her annual Bikini Boot Camp. I am a Dr. is Phsychology, and JNL is an expert, and guru. She just Gets It! She touched everyone who was there and I have already reserved for her next one in march. I just hope the weather was just as beautiful as it was in September. having someone empower you is rare these days, so i urge all to get recharged and stoked for the next round in our lives.

I am a Lawyer at my Firm, and part owner. Feeling lost in a world of men, especially as THE ONLY MOTHER in my practice, I kind of lost my passion as a lawyer. That was UNTIL I met JNL in person, and I consulted with her one on one. She tore right into my spirit, and unplugged my heart which was riddled with “what if’s” “what will they think” “they talk about me behind my back” and “she doesnt know what she is talking about bc she just started”. Jennifer taught me to be immune to the negatives in this world and focus on the positives. I am now ranked as one of the most successful lawyers in my practice in my division, all thanks to JNL helping me with my success break through. There is so much more to her than just eat this and do this at the gym. She gives you a check up from the neck up
thanks jennifer
December 9th, 2007 at 10:35 pm
Check up from the neck up! way to go! Love that terminology! this is what I experienced from my consult with jnl. I was going to the gym, and “eating clean” but not losing weight. I saw that I did indeed need THAT CHECK UP FROM THE NECK UP TO ADJUST MY NEGATIVE, PESSIMISTIC, MISERABLE attitude that was ruining my own life. Once I let down my guard, stopped pointing fingers at those in my life, and started looking at my own faults I started not only to lose weight but to have the best life ever////
love you girl. I will see you in heaven!
December 10th, 2007 at 2:31 am
Jennifer must of been a warrior on her past life. she is a true fighter and survivor. its called the law of karma. once you have proven yourself to the world and universe, blessings fall from above. jen helps other women be their best, and she is a warrior who I respect.
December 10th, 2007 at 2:35 am
I heard that they are coming out with JNL cook ware and household branded goods. I cant wait to see it all. Just like George Forman, he has got that grill, and he isnt really in shape, and then Rachael ray has got cook wear, so why not Jennifer! I will be first in line to buy
December 10th, 2007 at 2:38 am
Yeah, thats a great excellent idea. She is in shape, has to cook because she is a young mom, it all adds up. I would like to see a JNL Blender or a griller to make quick and fast, YET HEALTHY MEALS!!! No fat or salt please.
December 10th, 2007 at 3:03 am
JNL CookBook? Excellent idea. Does anyone know if there is one “cooking” up? Sorry bout the bad joke! But i would mind watching this gorgeous babe whipping up some healthy yet hearty meals in the kitchen. Someone on JNL’s camp should call up Food Network.
December 10th, 2007 at 7:26 pm
Jennifer had a FREE giveway on her website. Her company gave away 100 JNL goody bags to the first ones who emailed her back. I just got my package, filled with a jump rope, a protien shake bottle, some JNL t-shirts, a motivational book, and a journal. thanks JNL. she is really generous and kind and thoughtful.
Love ya girl
Jasmine Mayor
December 10th, 2007 at 7:27 pm
JNL’s gift package rocked. I could not afford all this free gear, so thanks jennifer. Even my son is using my jump rope that you gave me.
December 11th, 2007 at 3:26 am
Yeah, JNL on Food Network. Move over Rachel Ray, here comes JNL to save the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
December 11th, 2007 at 3:28 am
YES! Finally we get it. we are not too into that Racheal Ray Chick. Id rather watch that sleek and sexy JNL in a bikini cooking up some sweet potato mash with grilled chicken anyday. No garlic, no salami, and no olive oil pUUUleaze! JNL would keep it real over that stove….
December 11th, 2007 at 2:54 pm
Hello everyone. I am thrilled to share with you that i was a lucky JNL Bikini Boot camp attendee. My confidence level sored after getting super empowered at her camp. I met many other friends that came from all over including Afghanistan. The women I met inspired me to not let anything or any body get in my way. JNL’s seminar was exceptional, and she allowed us all to share our own stories. Tosca Reno was a gem too. Her spirit shined so bright. us women are lucky to have role models as such. I am going next year for sure. this is one event that no one should miss.
check out the latest oxygen magazine, you can see a highlight there in it.

Hello lovely ladies of JNL land! I was in toys r us getting my 3 girls their christmas gifts ready for the holidays. I was amazed to see Jennifer Nicole Lee’s Fabulously Fit Moms exercise DVD’s in Toys r Us! It makes sense right? Its us moms shopping in there all the time, and for us to finally have a household brand in Toys R Us for moms, its terrific! I was amazed at what Jennifer and her team could achieve. Toys r Us is a supporter of top quality brands that families can rely on, and its nice to now see that Jennifer’s products now got where they belong. I also saw them on line at amazon and Target too.
I am so happy for her.
December 15th, 2007 at 3:31 am
Give me some JNL anyday. I need atleast a good dose a day to keep me sane.
December 15th, 2007 at 3:32 am
If The Rock was a woman, it would be JNL. She is strong, sexy, feminine and feirce.
December 15th, 2007 at 3:33 am
I would let her wrestle me and pin me down anyday.
December 16th, 2007 at 2:13 am
Jennifer Nicole Lee to me is the ideal replacement of Kathy Ireland. JNL embodies this fresh modern young spirit of what an american name brand should represent. She is timeless, and a classic interpretation of what it is to be a edgy fun mom, who loves to work out and motivate other people. If you were to add a little of Jane Fonda, Kimora Lee Simmons, Christie Brinkley, Jennifer Stallone, and Kathy Smith, with a little more kick-you would have JNL.
December 16th, 2007 at 2:17 am
Have you all seen her you tube and My space sites? she has been on more tv shows and covers than anyone-go and check it out
December 20th, 2007 at 2:48 am
JNL is like a fine wine, she only gets better with time….keep it up Jennifer.
December 29th, 2007 at 2:38 am
Having met JNL at one of her key note speaking engagements really made me realize she is a genuine gift to all of us who just cant find the right mix of cardio and weights to pull off a physique like hers. She is lean and yet still feminine and sexy looking. I applaude her for her great work and dedication to her fans. She signed my Oxygen Cover of hers, and she took a photo with me. She even emailed me back when I emailed her the day after. She is sweet, genuine, and a real mom who I can look up to.
